Dawn Harvey has nine years of experience working for Jewish nonprofit organizations.  Most recently, she served as the first director of development at The Gershman Y in Philadelphia; there she introduced new initiatives and events that created an active culture of giving.  Earlier in her career, she worked as the director of development for Camp Ramah in the Poconos and as a young leadership division associate at Combined Jewish Philanthropies (Boston’s Jewish Federation).

Dawn holds a Master of Arts degree in Jewish communal service from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion and another in communication management from the University of Southern California.  She also holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in advertising/public relations and Jewish studies from Pennsylvania State University.
