Eileen Fisher leads the communications team at RRC, providing creative and administrative direction. She oversees the expansion of RRC’s presence online—to date, the re-launch of RRC.edu, and the introduction of several new venues—and continues to hone the “voice” of College communications with an emphasis on storytelling.

Fisher is an experienced writer and editor who has always specialized in work for nonprofit organizations. Previous to her work for RRC, she reported and edited stories on policy, practice and marketing in K-12 education; these were a top-rated member benefit at the Association of Educational Publishers. At WHYY public broadcasting, she was the editor of Applause—a full-scale magazine on arts and culture with a circulation of 145,000. Fisher was responsible for every phase of the magazine's development, from story conception to production. She also has written extensively about dance for various publications.

Interviewees for articles she's written or edited have included opera star Luciano Pavarotti, for WHYY; choreographer Merce Cunningham, for The Philadelphia Inquirer; and pediatrician and best-selling author Mel Levine, for AEP.

Fisher received a B.A. in English literature and dance at Oberlin College and did graduate coursework in arts administration at Drexel University. She is happy to be working on behalf of future spiritual leaders at RRC.
