Hila Ratzabi joined RRC as the Editorial Associate for Ritualwell in March 2015.

Ratzabi was born in Rehovot, Israel, and raised in Queens, New York. She holds a B.A. in English/creative writing from Barnard College, a B.A. in Jewish philosophy from the Jewish Theological Seminary (Double Degree Program, 2003), and an M.F.A. in poetry from Sarah Lawrence College (2007). Her poetry is published in a variety of literary journals and in The Bloomsbury Anthology of Contemporary Jewish American Poetry, and her articles have appeared in the Jewish Daily Forward and Zeek. She is also a Hebrew and b’nai mitzvah tutor, writing coach, founder of the Red Sofa Salon & Poetry Workshop, and editor in chief of the literary journal Storyscape. In addition, she is a proud member of Kol Tzedek in West Philadelphia.
