Sara Crimm

Sara Crimm brings to RRC more than 20 years of experience in fundraising. In her previous position as director of development at the Auerbach Central Agency for Jewish Education in Philadelphia, she introduced a computerized donor database and established programs for online giving and major gifts. Sara also worked closely with the ACAJE board of directors to recruit and brief new members. Earlier in her career, she worked as a major gifts officer at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Arts and Sciences and as assistant director of planned giving at the American Friends Service Committee.   

Sara also maintains an active volunteer career. She served as president of   congregation Temple Beth Hillel-Beth El in Wynnewood, Pa., from 2005–07.  She currently chairs its board nominating committee, is developing a training program for young leadership and helps to lead a synagogue-wide strategic planning effort.

Sara has a B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
