Tirzah Rom has taught modern Hebrew at RRC since 1999. Since 1979 she has taught at elementary schools in Jerusalem and religious schools in the Delaware Valley, and has served as a Hebrew instructor at Gratz College.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in linguistics from Temple University and a senior teacher’s degree from David Yalin School of Education in Israel, where she majored in Hebrew grammar and in teaching Hebrew as a second language.
