Co-Curricular Programming

Hiddur's co-curricular programming aims to empower students and faculty with the skills, knowledge and vision to creatively engage and serve elders in congregations, organizations and communities. We offer an annual College Time program for the entire RRC community on creative approaches to aging. Previous College Time programs have included "Creating Multi-Generational Communities," "Caring for the Caregiver" and "Sing to God a New Song: An Intergenerational Psalm-Writing Workshop with Singer-Songwriter Judith-Kate Friedman." Our dialogue series, "On Being an Elder," brings distinguished Jewish elders to share their reflections on later life.
