With communication at the core of her work, Gari Julius Weilbacher, B.A., M.Ed., brings a variety of experiences to RRC. Early in her career she developed a groundbreaking early language intervention program for two-year-old deaf children and their families at the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. She later worked in corporate advertising and public relations, managing clients such as MetLife, Helmsley-Greenfield and Mellon Bank.

Gari refined her niche as a freelance communications consultant for nonprofit organizations, coordinating Philadelphia's Earth Day 1990 festival, Bryn Mawr Rehab Center's Art Ability exhibit of disabled artists and the second Devorah Bartnoff Conference on Judaism and Emotional Health for Philadelphia's JFCS. She also served as executive director of the Lower Merion-Narberth Watershed Association. Prior to RRC, Gari was project manager for the establishment of the Philadelphia JFCS Joan Grossman Healing Center.  Gari is  graduate of Coach U. and is a personal life coach.
