Alan Fox, Ph.D. received his bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University and his master's and doctoral degrees in religious studies from Temple University, focusing on Chinese and Buddhist philosophy. A former Fulbright scholar, he is associate professor in the department of philosophy at the University of Delaware. Fox received the university's Excellence in Teaching Award in 1995 and the College of Arts and Science's Outstanding Teacher Award in 1999. He has been teaching at RRC since 1989.
