2009 President's Council Weekend

This year, 73 members of the President's Council joined in a dynamic weekend of learning, prayer and community at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya in Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico.

RRC faculty members Rabbi Jacob Staub, Ph.D., and Elsie Stern, Ph.D, led discussion groups Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Two current students, Boris Dolin and Ari Hendin, also facilitated break-out sessions.

Saturday evening featured journalist Judith Fein who spoke about the lost tribes of Israel and crypto Jews (Jews who hid their identities for fear of persecution) around the world. She also showed rare film footage of these little-known communities.
